“I was in town for a grand opening of a friends business (Cousins Bar and Grill right around the corner from here, you should visit!). Aside from the location being perfect for me I quickly realized this was the best spot available for STR’s. The home is comfortable and clean, the site is private, the hot tub worked great after late nights, and Josh was very responsive with questions. The weather didn’t cooperate but the paddle boat and private lake would be great for kids. Next time I will……

“Was amazing and felt like home. Close to almost everything. Was nice to have a place that family could comee over and visit with us while we were there. Will be renting again hopefully later this summer when get to come up again to spend time on the river with family. ”

“We have stayed many places in Van Buren and this one tops them all. Beautiful views of the ozark mountains from the hilltop view of this houses location. Close to town with the convenience of multiple restaurants and grocery stores. The house was extremely clean and well prepped with all of the necessities. We will definitely be booking this again in the summer whenever we can. I recommend checking out HJ Redbeards for lunch or dinner, great food including some awesome seafood options. Thanks……

“The property was all good. We stayed to float on current river. It rained so much we couldn't float. Kind of a bust weekend for that reason. The cabin was fine.”

“The good. Lovely home with a great layout in a lovely location. Great access to the river which is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the interior of the house was clean and easily accommodated our group and wedding party guests.The only appliance that didn't perform perfectly was the H2O dispenser on the fridge & a new filter would fix that. The sorta bad: there were no tabs for the dw, & only one spare trashbag! One set of towels upstairs were covered in dog hair. The upper deck……

“Brought my 94 yr old mother back to the Big Springs area where she grew up right outside of the gates of the park. The cabin was centrally located to be able to go wherever we wanted and easy access for my mother with the downstairs bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
