It comprises a lovely 100 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and a garden of around 500 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 100 m² living room with a double sofa bed (160×200), TV and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed (90×190)
- A bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A terrace with tables, deckchairs, barbecue and jacuzzi for up to 4 people (open from April to October depending on weather conditions. Dates not contractual)

- Le Touquet–Paris-Plage Airport (LTQ) 60 km away (about 50 minutes by car)
