“Ky is the halfway meeting point for our family living in Tn and In. We love the Ky countryside and enjoy the surrounding horse country. What better Christmas meeting place for our family than a 200 year old farm house on a working horse ranch. Our host (Julia) was very accommodating and the listing and pictures were very accurate. This property is somewhere between a VRBO and a B&B. The house was stocked well beyond a normal VRBO and Julia met us with a desert, as well as bacon and eggs to use……

“This worked out great for us. The 3rd floor definitely requires someone younger to navigate the spiral staircase. But we loved the creek and the living space to gather and talk at night. ”

“A beautiful setting surrounded by a pristine horse farm, trees, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Still close enough to amenities. Rented this house for family coming in from out of town and the amount of rooms were perfect. Nicely decorated and the guest bathroom recently updated. Kitchen is very spacious and was sufficient for our group but lacked enough cookware, silverware, and extra serving options. We had a plumbing issue in the small master bath and was addressed quickly. The rec room……

“Amazing stay, highly recommend ”

“Hands down our favorite Vrbo stay ever! Three families stayed here for a mini vacation to Kentucky from SC. There was plenty of room for all, which was refreshing! The beds were very comfortable, house was clean, and the host paid attention to details which was so welcoming (coffee, bath salts, fall decor, stocked spices, wax melt warmers, and more). There were multiple outdoor spaces which we enjoyed as well. The view and property are gorgeous and we felt like we were truly experiencing……

“Amazing and relaxing stay! Place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Bunnies and horses greeted us as we arrived and throughout our stay. Keyless entry was convenient and owner was communicative and friendly. Even though I would recommend this place, I would say one downside is the location of the property. I have motion sickness and the drive to and from the location included lots of windy back roads for 20+ minutes which made me sick. Additionally, the closest convenience store is 15……
