“The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”

“wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems.……

“This was my second stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen and it was a far inferior experience than my first. One of the hotel's main attraction is the designs and furniture in the rooms. The designs were neither functional nor aesthetically pleasing. The tv could be turned on by my neighbour's remote (staff finally came to pull the power plug). There was a mini fridge that doubled as a bedside table which felt warm in the evening. The wall light above the headboard was also oddly located. The bathroom had……
