“We were a family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers staying over Thanksgiving. We really didn’t need all the space but we certainly enjoyed it. There’s a huge well stocked kitchen, kids’ play areas on both the main floor and basement, and the property is massive and gorgeous. Great stay!”

“The perfect location just one hour north of New York City to host a weekend leadership summit.”

“My stay was comfortable. Host was a consistent communicator who notified me with notes about the space, like controlling the heat. When any issues arose, like someone coming out to check the boiler, i was informed it would affect the heat for a couple hours. Great place to stay. Only thing to note is the apartment is on the first floor; you do hear walking happening above. But it never affected my sleep.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!”

"As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
