“ The unit is one of the apartments within the small complex. I could hear the people above us laughing and walking around. It was nice having a designated spot to park, but looking around the exterior, it needed a lot of attention. I don't know if it's just that way from winter or if it's always that way, but it didn't appear to be very well maintained with a lot of overgrowth evident. There is potential there for it to be really cute and blend in better with the nice homes that surrounded……
