Milton, NH is a quick drive up Rt.95N to Rt 16 & 35 miles to Portsmouth, NH, 25 miles to Lake Winnie, 90 miles to Boston, MA & 50 miles to Portland, Maine. The space Lovely cottage with living room & 3/4 bath on the first floor & 2 bedrooms on the second floor plus a living room area & kitchenette. Private path to the water, just around the main cottage. Your time can be as active or relaxed as you like. Just outside your private home is a host of activities shared with the main cottage that comprises the property. You can paddle the canoe or 3 kayaks, swim, fish, play basketball, or relax by the water. Guest access You'll be provided with a code to access within an hour of your check-in time. You can easily walk and bike the neighborhood if you'd like. It certainly is beautiful overlooking the water.
The property has zero step entry, a first floor living room with a pullout Queen sized sofa plus a step in shower on the first floor, so it can accommodate someone who isn't comfortable climbing stairs.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms - one with a twin trundle and another queen sized bed. There's also a living room and KITCHENETTE (microwave, full refrigerator, toaster oven, griddle, hot plate) on the second floor... there is a desk, table and chairs, and another pullout Queen sized sofa. There's no kitchen sink, but there's a sink in the bathroom.
You're welcome to use the grill & seating area to the right of the fence and walk the path to the water & enjoy the beach area to the left, kayaks, & life vests in the gray storage near dock. Other things to note The property boasts 74 feet of water frontage on Milton 3 Ponds, shared with the main cottage. Milton Three Ponds is a boater’s paradise straddling the Maine and New Hampshire state line. Made up of Northeast Pond, Milton Depot Pond and Town House Pond, the three contiguous bodies of water provide over 1,200 acres of recreational opportunities for all types of boating in Lebanon, Maine and Milton, New Hampshire.
