The heat pump worked well without any issues. No issues with hot water. Communication with Eric was excellent, check in was easy. We spent a lot of our time on the deck enjoying the beautiful view. Given the heat wave at the time , the air conditioning was definitely a welcome amenity!Leah was always available and super friendly and responsive to anything we needed or if we had questions.
