“There was a mistake, and our room was not made up when we arrived at the property. However, we immediately got a room upgrade for free, and multiple staff members apologised for the inconvenience. A beautiful place to stay, and well-priced too. Thank you!”

“在過去多年的出遊，我們都喜歡住在這類的房子去感受當地之生活，可是，這一次的住宿實在是讓我們感到太失望了。（1）在入住前，我們沒有收到入住方法之電郵，最後是到到大樓門口用電話才能聯繫上，然後才拿到入住方法；（2）我們一共訂了5天的入住，可是浴室裡之清潔用品只夠兩人1天的使用；（3）因為回香港的飛機是訂了在下午6點，而還房之時間是早上10點正，在我們要求把行李寄存或延遲退房至中午12點正時，對方說我們必須付上每小時30英鎊共60英鎊才可以；（4）在炎熱的夏天裡，房間是沒有空調但就連風扇也沒有，因此嚴重影響了好幾天之睡眠素質；（5）因為大樓旁邊是車路和行人道，所以，在我們已經入睡的晚上常會被那些醉酒人士的大聲說話或喊叫噪醒。”

“The location is really convenient, the hotel offers nice food and drinks..etc. I do enjoy it except the shower room is not easy to use, and there’s no washing tablets offered, the dryer doesn’t really work as the clothes was wet after drying hours. ”

“Great little apartment very close to tech offices near Cambridge Station, close to restaurants, down a (mostly) quiet side street. The main reason I didn't rate this overall excellent was that the Wifi was nearly unusable... and since I was there for business and was hoping to get some more work done in the evenings.”

“Very close to railway station. We only stayed 2 nights but there ware foods and drinks ready to use which was very helpful. We didn’t need to go to get them and save time. I wasn’t informed but we had 2 bedrooms, my original booking was one bedroom so it was very spacious for us. Great stay, thanks!”
