"We didn’t get the registration or deposit emails even though I called 3 times about it. When we arrived in Toronto, we called again and talked to someone different and she sent the info via What’s App. From that point on, everything was wonderful."

"Everything is fine except that the receptionist on ground floor was away for a long time. He left a contact number to call, but I thought he'd be back soon so decided to wait at the lobby for half an hour. Still no show."
