Beautiful large 2100 sq. ft. family home on large corner lot with ample parking for numerous guests, RV's, Boats etc. Heated garage parking for 2 vehicles plus snowmobiles, Jet skis. King master suite w/jetted tub, shower and walk-in closet. Full fitted Kitchen, with oven and electric cooktop and microwave. Double refrigerator with ice and RO water in door. Living room, dining room, laundry and pantry on ground floor. Two additional bedrooms, full bath, large family room, big screen TV, Dart Board, Games table, Dry Sauna and Sole' elliptical trainer all in walkout basement.
Private shared 24/7 access to Miltona lake. Full front covered deck and 12x 14’ rear deck. BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.
New fire pit and fish cleaning station in the garage.
