My stay here was worth the price. The hotel and our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Was able to get a good sleep, very quiet and relaxing. Would like to know what they put in there air infiltration system, the entire hotel smells amazing. The only complaint is the hot tub out of use , was looking forward to that. Also restaurant and bar were closed, but they did offer some free grab and go breakfast items and coffee bar. Would definitely stay here again .

Management needs to review and update the check in process to allow the cleaning staff to release cleaned rooms as they become available instead of waiting til 4 pm check in time. During our recent stay we arrived early and so did quite a few others. We all waited in the lobby and then at 4pm. we were all in line waiting even more because the rooms were not released. It would make more sense to release rooms as they become available so guests can possibly check in at a more even pace instead of holding all rooms until 4 and having a large check in line. Folks were getting aggravated and the staff unnecessarily had to deal with it. Kudos to the ladies at the front desk. Shame on management for putting them in that situation. Also. The onsite restaurant is closed. So when they say they’re serving breakfast. It’s prepackaged snacks and juice.

Unfortunately my stay at this property was affected negatively by the staff working the front desk and the management. I was originally promised a late checkout the night before I checked out, and then management called me the following morning telling me I had to checkout at regular time. Then they kept hassling me via phone call to leave the room exactly at checkout time. Poor customer service.

The Sonesta is a bit sad. Our room wasn’t very clean. Some of the furniture needed repairs. Not enough bedding ~ very thin blanket. The dining room was closed indefinitely. The hot tub was broken. The microwave was dirty. Not enough care. A little run down.

Quiet property with nice lobby and friendly, helpful staff. The rooms could use a refresh but were clean and large. The pool was nice, but it looks like the hot tub is gone now. I would definitely stay again if in the area.
