Nestled in a quiet area, on the edge of the current, between forest and ocean, this charming semi-detached house enjoys a perfect location for exploring the must-see places of our beautiful region.
The interior, spacious and functional, offers all the necessary comfort to accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for friendly moments with family or friends.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, washing machine) opening onto a bright living room. This level also includes a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a separate toilet and a shower room. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed.
Outside, a pleasant terrace on the garden level awaits you for moments of relaxation. Upstairs, from the bedroom, you will have private access to a "solarium" terrace offering a breathtaking view of the current, all in an exceptional natural setting. The house is located near the cycle paths and about 800m from the beaches.
A private parking space is also at your disposal, as well as WIFI access for your comfort.

Calme et confortable

Petite maison mitoyenne confortable et bien équipée, située dans une impasse très calme le long du courant de Mimizan. Petit plus : la terrasse de la chambre du 1er étage qui donne sur le Courant.
