“餐廳舒適可在這邊用餐休息 餐點非常棒，是餐廳等級，西式料理，帶點法式料理的方式，食材真材實料，擺盤精美。 因住三人房，應該是兩人房空間放置三張床，空間狹窄，但有陽台紓解，房間裝潢較平實，但沒有什麼味道，不覺老舊。走廊倒是堆置一些備品影響觀瞻。有準備飲水機、微波爐和自動販賣機。 浴室是澡堂，溫泉池大約可容納兩三人，避開其他人使用時間倒是不會影響。 備有乾燥室，雪季時可供放置雪具。 樓梯較陡峭走路要小心，房間都在三樓，無電梯。”

“二人部屋＋二段ベッド付に三人で宿泊したのですが、スキー宿泊の場合は荷物も多いので部屋が狭かった。 料理は美味しかった。 赤倉観光スキー場以外のスキー場(杉の原・池の平・赤倉温泉等)のリフト券割引について何も案内がなかった。 スキー場への送迎をしてくださるとありがたいのですが・・・。”

“What a delightful place to stay! Cannot praise the staff enough! They were all so helpful, friendly and accomodating. Some English speaking staff, who were honestly the best we met in our two week stay in Japan. We were told that they don’t get many English-speaking visitors and we were the only ones there, which my teen son and I loved. We love immersing in the Japanese experience when visiting, and this hotel definitely offered this. The rooms were simple but clean and tidy and well……

“Expedia said this hotel has laundry service. However, when we ask the hotel staff about where we can use the laundry, they recommend us go to coin laundry shop which need 9-11 mins walk. I think the hotel info provided in Expedia is not accurate.”

“Amazing stay. Great food prepared by owners. The onsen is amazing and even famous locally which they can come use. The bus stop for ski park is 30 secs away. Old town is 10-15 mins walk away.”
