“When we booked the hotel reply was their lift was not working , we got very worried cause we are in our early 70's. But they offer me an upgrade to another property of their's around the block. When we arrived in there , smooth check in and there's a gentleman helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. “Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞”

“How does one begin to describe an AMAZING place? This has been by far the cutest place I've stayed at while traveling in Europe! It was easy to book, they sent me all the info right away oh how to get there and access the place. As soon as we made our way in, my boyfriend and I were breath taken by the amazing decor of this place and the extraordinary views it has. Our stay was short but sweet and will stay with us for a lifetime. ”

Decent hotel, rooms for improvement for F&B

"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out! We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better. Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"
