One bedroom with a queen bed with adequate closet space, full kitchenette that includes a Keurig machine and a regular coffee pot, living room, and dining room. BBQ grill on the front porch with a sitting area to enjoy the outdoors.
New county ordinance allows us to accept reservations for 29+ nights or more. Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
The space
New Landscaping! Enjoy the mountain views and the laid back rural lifestyle. Centrally Located in the Minden area, easily accessible to Hwy 395. 35 minutes to South Lake Tahoe and Carson City. 40 minutes to Reno and Historic Virginia City. 25 minutes to Heavenly Nevada Ski lifts!
Apartment is on the same property as the owners but not connected as a shared space. Pool with a backyard and landscape provides privacy for the apartment. Apartment is connected to a shared garage space that owners access for storage and other vehicles.
Guest access
Guest have access to a large shared garage to park a small vehicle. Parking is also allowed in front of the right garage door or in the gravel. Guest can access the home through the garage or front porch area. Owners home is located on the other side of the property and not attached to the in-law suite.
Other things to note
The main house is located on the other side of the property where the Host family resides. The RV garage and the pool are monitored via cameras for security and safety purposes. We will arrange required professional cleaning services for long term stays past 3 months. We included this cost in the daily rate and do not charge a fee in the cleaning section. We stay busy and the pool has a cover that requires us to be present to open it. The pool is not always heated year around. Therefore, we do not make the pool a guaranteed amenity.
