“We rented safe Broadmoor Haven for ourselves and friends to attend the Shreveport Airshow, the place is located very conveniently to Barksdale Airforce Base, it was close to a nice Catholic church, the grocery store was nearby and has several eating places within short driving distance. It is an older home but it is nicely remodeled onthe inside and was super clean. We all enjoyed our stay, the host is super nice and responsive, would highly recommend this place.”

“We stayed at this property while visiting our niece at Centenary College. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, super clean, comfortable, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Jose was very responsive and when an unexpected maintenance issue arose, he was quick to respond and resolve it with minimal interruption for us. We had a really nice stay. ”

“Main level of home has lots of space to gather and talk. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs. Sofabed available on main level along with half bath. Everything was as expected. Thank you.”

“Very clean and homey feel! Only wish we could of had check in instructions a couple of days before and the hot tub was a bit disappointing, very low to the ground and wasn't like a true free-standing hot tub. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ”

“My wife and I enjoyed the quiet, central location. It is close to everything and the gated community felt like we were away from the crowds. Very clean.”

“We are in Shreveport because my husband and a really bad ATV accident and is in LSU hospital. We have stayed at a few different houses, this place tops any house we have stayed at. Dwayne has be amazing to work with. This house is out in the country, which was a plus because that’s were we live in Michigan. The beds are comfortable, we had everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were at home. If you’re in the area and are looking for a place I 10/10 recommend staying here.”

“The home gives the overall impression of something that was quickly thrown together to make a quick buck. Uneven floors beneath the flooring and doors that can't/ won't deadbolt properly. The owner didn't provide the access code until after i messaged them asking for it thirty minutes after the check-in time. I walked in to immediately note a broken tray on the coffee table for the remote. Not all the light bulbs in the bathroom worked and none of them would turn on at all unless the dining……

“Shawn's place was a perfect hidden gem in Shreveport. The neighborhood was super quiet and close to everything we needed. Shawn was easily reachable and provided everything we needed. We will be back and likely stay again. ”
