“酒店工作人员从前台到餐厅人员，很少主动打招呼，没有笑容，房间小，隔音差，紧靠车流量大的马路，晚上很吵。 Bad service, few staff greet and smile to you. The room is small and badly proof of sound, so u can hear the noise from the road. Bad experience. ”

“Toilets needs proper polishing and cleaning ”

“Very cheap and greedy people on reception and there was no cooperation at all”

“I had booked for by colleague and Hitesh and he said the Hotel said he did not anyone by his name booked so he could not stay there”

“Courteous staff and good rooms. The buffet spread could be better. Plus it would help if there's a coffee-maker in the room.”

“First night was great sleep. Second night was every 2 hours noise of people shouting and talking corridor and saying bye and hello to each other apparently this place gets filled with wedding reception due to venues nearby I asked reception to control noise and they did help but sleep was gone Room is clean , duvers are clean but towels were a bit weary and smelly/oily Food was ok. Staff were friendly though but management may need to put more attention to above issues. This can be a great……

“This property on 3rd floor but no lift service. In my 2days stay I got swelling in my feet and without completing my work I return usa and that tkt we purchased from your Expedia.com on 9th feb23. I will not recommend any body to stay.”
