BRAND NEW Lakeview Townhome Oasis!

Wake up to beautiful Lake Anna views with coffee on the deck! Walk the short path down to the dock where you'll find deep, swimmable water and fun toys to enjoy (kayak, paddle boards). Dock your boat or jet skis on the personal dock. Boat ramp is just a few houses down. (This home is on the public side of the lake)

Enjoy a fire pit with a privacy, keeping warm during the fall and winter, then head to the public dock for stargazing.

Enjoy the close proximity to Lake Anna Taphouse

The living area of this tri-level home has an open concept kitchen and living room. The modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and well stocked with all the tools a home chef might need.

This house has WIFI!

*A linen fee is automatically applied, and provides linens for all beds in the house (the linens are supplied in a package and need to be applied to the beds when you get there), as well as bath and hand towels. If you prefer to bring you own linens please contact us BEFORE you book so that we can remove the linen fee.*
Beach towels are NOT provided by Lake Anna linens.

For the security of the property, there are cameras at the outside front entrance

We are a 3 minute drive to the nearest grocery store in one direction and 15 minutes to downtown Louisa in another direction. We are 30 minutes from the nearest Walmart. Additional details are provided in a welcome packet at the house

Brand new, great location

Beautiful and new. We love the location as it is near boat dock, restaurants, live music and tap room, coffee and ice cream shop. When the little ones tire of being on the boat, we go to the little beach that is just a few steps away. Loved the two spacious common areas. Plenty of room for all to stretch out. The luxury of three and half baths is such a plus when housing more than one family. The two decks were great for relaxing and eating meals. The third floor deck even provides a view of the lake and sounds of live music from the tap room. My only suggestions for the owner is to provide more floor mats both inside and outside the doors in order to protect the beautiful new floors and carpets. Perhaps even an outdoor rug under the table would help in that regard. It's not often that one gets to enjoy a brand new property when renting short term. We've already scheduled our 2025 trip.
