“We were there for SUNY Cobleskill graduation weekend. The suite was very clean and very homey. The bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed and the decor in the entire suite was beautiful. It was very close to the college. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to others! ”

“My husband and I booked this property for our wedding weekend and wedding reception. There was an event fee, which was very reasonable.The host was very accommodating when we needed to set up and take down the tent due to rain. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond. The houses had everything we needed and were very well-maintained and clean. The views on the property are amazing!! Everyone at the reception raved over how beautiful the setting was. “For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality”

“It was a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. There is a short walk from parking to the site, but there’s a wagon to help haul stuff in and out. We heard frogs, owls, fox and coyote. Such beautiful sounds of nature. It rained A LOT during our stay and the tent did not leak at all. It stayed totally dry. The shower and outhouse were close enough that it wasn’t far during the night to go. The tent had cots (we used our blow up mattresses) they seemed comfy when we laid on them. The tent was a good……

“We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted……
