I did research on this hotel and I thought I was staying somewhere nice , boy was I wrong. I don’t know where to start, when we got there it seemed ok. When we got to our room we were disappointed because it was right by a side door (heard people going in and out all night long super late and super early so it was hard to sleep) Hot tub was a joke not even warm the pool was almost the same temperature. All I wanted to do after being mad about the hot tub was go to the room and take a hot shower….. well no hot water in the room, evwn after letting it run for a few minutes for it to get hot nothing…. So I get out of the shower grab a towel from the stack of what I thought was “clean towels” to find that that there is a few brownish colored stains on it. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the breakfast was ok your standard hotel breakfast and Staff was nice.

Check in process was not good, front desk lady was vary rude, not polite or no greeting and smiling even. Room was good, nice swimming pool and hot tub. Management needs to hire real customer care front desk staff and fired all staff who don't like their job.

breakfast during the week was spectacular from begining until close up. Saturday morning slept in, came to breakfastan 1 1/2 hour before close up and everything was empty, & a complete mess. only options available were make a waffle or dry bagel. then on way out to get something to eat a half hour later, the employee was wiping down tables and chairs then putting chairs up on the tables like closing up an hour early. on saturday. with people sitting at the other tables still trying to eat. very disappointing! especially since we had such a pleasant breakfast experience all the week days we were there.

Friendly staff, quick and easy one night stay. Our initial room smelled like someone had been smoking even though the hotel is non smoking, front desk offered spray but ultimately ended up switching our rooms without any issues.

Staying for a weekend getaway with family. The kids really enjoyed the pool area! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our whole stay! The breakfast served had a great selection. Overall a great stay with very affordable rates!

Property is dated. Our suite was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. We were told hotel was completely full so there was no room to be moved to. All in all the property needs updating inside and out. Front desk gal stood right by the entrance and smoked which was offensive and a poor first impression.

The customer service was wonderful. Brittany, Jennifer Ivan and Nicole (breakfast lady, I think that's right 🙂) all make me want to stay again. The hot tub was the only thing I was disappointed about. The water wasn't hot. It was lukewarm. We had a nice stay overall.

Say's it's connected to a Denny's and it no longer was. First night the room was checked into the wrong room and the elevator door wouldn't open with us inside the elevator!! The next night we had came down multiple times to the desk to get an item for the room and found no one there ever. Manager at checkout was not the friendliest or dressed appropriate.
