They really need a life guard or someone in the pool area when there are a lot of kids. The past 2 times we have stayed there have been wild kids and the parents are no where to be found. This last time we told the guy at the front but he came in “checking temps” and didn’t do anything about the kids splashing little or swearing or hitting or walking on the slide. Cracking down on parents being there with kids should be #1. We will not stay there again unless this is taken care of.

2 night stay was nice . Only complaint is to many unsupervised young teens in the pool . Standing up and going down water slide . Shaking it to scare the younger children. Not ok

Common areas are neat and very clean. Service at the desk is timely. The rooms show some ware, but, not bad. The bathroom toilets flush extremely slow; they need to be replaced. Should be grab bars in the showers. Staff should inspect linens before making the beds, some stains.

I had to leave 4 hours after arriving because someone started knocking on my door. I went outside to find out, and there was no one there. They did it twice. My children were very scared and didn't want to stay any longer. I spoke to the person in charge, and they said there was nothing they could do. So I'm very confused.

Affordable fun. The slide was a blast but the water & pool room were SO COLD! Thankfully the hot tub was warm. Room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was standard fare with waffles and eggs.

It was a very nice hotel. Though when we got there, there was makeup all over the pillows and we had no towels or toilet paper. So I had to go ask for that stuff and to change the sheets. The pool bathroom wasn’t stocked. There was no milk for cereal in the mornings. And they allowed about 15 to hang in the lobby with the kids screaming super loud and running up and down the halls. This was 8-9 at night when ppl were trying to sleep. I did call and ask them to tell them to quiet down and they finally did. Just shocked they allowed them to be so chaotic right at the front door and by guests rooms.

Was not happy with my stay I paid to have a jacuzzi in my room I did get the room but was upset cuz the jets did not work in my room. Was not really clean when we checked In. We got no toilet paper and no soap to wash are hands and the shower in are room looked dirty but the paint in the shower was peeling of.

We arrived a little after four and our room wasnt ready (check in starts at 3). We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes until it was cleaned. Room looked good when we first dropped out things off (we had to be somewhere at 5), but ypon retun noticed the sunk was leaking into thefloor whenever we used it and there was black mold in several locations - bathroom ceiling, around a door to an adjoining room and possibly on the ceiling in the room. No new rooms were available. Front desk/maintenance offered to clean up the mold with mold killer spray, but i declined because i didnt want us breathing in that spray or taking a chance with the mold being airborn. The front desk staff would not comp anything with our room and told me to contact an email in a business card. The kids enjoyed the pool/silde and the place looked good from a distance, but there lots of water damage in the walls/ceilings in rooms and rotten windows in the breakfast area as well.
