I arrived to check in and it was 10 minutes before the desk clerk came out. He was unfriendly. My biggest complaint is that my room didn’t have a working shower. I didn’t realize that because I was exhausted and when I went to shower before leaving it simply didn’t turn on. The toilet also sprayed water from the tank every time you flushed.

‘Dodgy’ from the get go; dead bolt didn’t work; picture missing from the wall; nail clippings by TV; curtain missing hooks; bathroom ceiling peeling. WORST LaQuinta I have ever stayed at! Did not feel safe. Even the staff at check-in were less than professional. Only redeeming thing- close to airport - no wonder it was so cheap- should have known there was a reason- but have stayed at other LaQuintas and always clean and well maintained- this one damages their brand!!!

The parking lot was broked concrete and no parking space lines. The building looked wore down with broken or rusted gutters. The lobby wallpaper was peeling from the wall. While waiting to check-in, a guest was telling the front desk man all the things broken in his room so that he wouldn't be charged for the existing damage. I was afraid to see what my room would look like. Surprisingly, my room was in very good condition and clean! We stayed both nights without any trouble, but I was concerned about safety beause a few of the building's entrance/exit doors were broken. I would not choose to stay here again. I've had much better experiences in other LaQuinta locations. Disappointed.

LaQuinta front desk was lousy and didn't seem interested in valuing customers conerns on many topics. Breakfast was bad. Lack of cereal. Just butter condiment for the muffins, bagels, and toast. Juice machine is broke. The yogurt fridge was completely empty with no reserves in food. Everyone who reads this needs to go to LQ's competitors, where they will treat customers better.

I've stayed at La Quinta's before and have enjoyed it, but this location needs a bit of an overhaul. The "continental breakfast" consisted of english muffins and cereal only (I didn't see any milk), when I went to take a shower on the first day the shower head popped off, and the room had a stale smell to it. I was absolutely willing to let these things go until the last day. Before 8 in the morning a staff memeber came and banged on my door, waking me up, before i could even get to the door yo see what was going on the staff member opened it without announcing themself, luckily I had the door stop on. As a single woman traveling alone I was freaked out by a male staff member trying to get into my room without even announcing that they were an employee. When I asked what was going on he announced that my card had declined, I apologized and said I would come to the desk to sort it out. I went to the desk and apologized, assuming my fraud alert was triggered, since I was out of state, asked him to try the card again and it went through. I checked my bank app later and had no fraud alert, so my best guess is that the card information was entered incorrectly at check in. Reagardless, with no apology for being rude or trying to enter my room, I checked out early because I was so freaked out by the whole experience.

There was literally a bag of meth in our room when we checked in. The complementary breakfast was two pieces of white toast and a stale bagel. Everything else was out. Would absolutely never stay here again unless I had no other option.

I don’t know what the area is like normally, but the continental breakfast was not really there. They would set out two or three muffins at a time, an apple, no coffee. I don’t know if they get a lot of homeless who come in and take the food, or if they have a lot of people who are living there permanently and so they don’t offer the continental breakfast. But it was frustrating because we paid extra because we expected to have the continental breakfast. We came in at midnight and our ride wasn’t gonna be there until noon. So I know we won’t be staying there again.

This hotel is the worst in the area. Not taken care of. The parking lot is a nightmare. It's not unusual for the hallway to collect garbage bags throughout the weekend. Not a great place to go with a pet. I would book a different hotel in the area. Even the ones next door are a huge upgrade.

This was not as advertised or expected. The room was dirty, had cob webs in the 2 corners of the room, curtains were black (should be white), the main light did not work in the room. The bathroom floor is sticky and was dirty around the edges. The bed comforter on 1 of the twin beds was either dirty or stained. It says there was breakfast, but 2 apples 1 day or a couple bagels the next day does not count. Was a good location and the TV worked.

Close to the main highway and they airport. Did not like the check out process. Was told to put the room key in the basket and I would be emailed a receipt which I never received. I called after my trip to have a receipt emailed to me, which I still never received. Will need to call again.

Surly night clerk. Torn wallpaper and falling ceiling in lobby. Filthy, garbage-strewn hallways. Broken window glass in room allowing wind to flap drapes. Threadbare linens and towels. Stains and holes in towels. Free breakfast consists of a loaf of white bread and some stale English muffins with no toppings. Ugh!
