The room is not too bad for its price. My main problem is the service and the staff. First, they offer shuttle but it felt like they dont wanna provide it to customers that need it. When i was checking in a lot of customers are waiting for it. And customers and staff couldn’t understand each other coz the staff cant communicate clearly with the guests. When i checked, the lady kept talking on the phone with probably customer and had the customers in the lobby wait for long. Told her i need shuttle the next day at 8AM. Then when i checked out the guy said they dont have me in the list. The lady could have wrote my name if she stopped talking on her phone. Again, the hotel is okay but the staff has poor customer service.

Everything was MILD infested! From the parking wallpaper in the lobby revealing black mold growth, to the stench of mold in the room and the damp and sticky carpet. It was horrifying and disgusting! We waited at the airport for an hour for the shuttle to arrive when we were told 20 minutes. It smelled like weed when we got there and there was obvious drug sales and use while we were there even by staff. We requested a shuttle the next morning and they said once an hour on the hour but they took a different group who didn't request ahead of time before and were 20 minutes late for the rest of us. Everything was awful!!AC shut off after a few minutes. We had to leave before breakfast.

Viajamos 3.5 hrs hacia el destino, se supone que la habitación era deluxe y no tenía nada de deluxe, pensamos que serían dos camas queen y eran camas matrimoniales, no se tomaron tiempo en revisar la habitación que nos entregaron, había muy mal olor y mucha humedad, pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación pero el personal fue descortés y poco amable, al final nos ofrecieron otra habitación la cual olía menos mal y la tomamos porque ya estábamos cansados, volvimos a bajar porque necesitamos 4 toallas y solo había dos, tuvimos que tomar las del primer cuarto que nos ofrecieron, a la media hora de llegada percibimos mucho olor a cigarro cuando se supone que la habitación estaba en zona de no fumar, quisimos hablar a recepción pero el teléfono no servía y estábamos cansados para bajar, tuvimos que poner una toalla abajo de la puerta para que el olor no entrara, las camas son muy duras y las almohadas incómodas, elegimos el lugar porque se supone que la cadena de hoteles tiene prestigio pero nos dimos cuenta que no es en todas partes, la habitación tenía descuento pero hubiera preferido pagar más por otro hotel y que la estancia para mí y mi familia incluyendo hijos fuera más placentera, no volvería a ese lugar ni por la mitad del precio!

The room had an awful order every time I entered the room: musky, moldy and mildew order!!!! I asked for room deodorizer but the order was still present. The ceiling in the bathroom had a large hole that eventually started leaking, the cold water was not available so I had to stand in the tub and reach over the sink for cold water as I showered and rinsed myself!!!!,the carpet is so outdated it can no longer be cleaned. The bed and pillows were horrible and needs to be replaced with new ones. I definitely overpaid for a 0 star motel.

The lobby area shows define signs of neglect. The parking lot one year later shows signs of even more decline. The staff was not helpful and took more than 10 minutes to straighten out my reservation. Very unsatisfied

Property dirty with trash lying around outside, trash cans very dirty, entry had food fragments on the floor, shower didn’t work at all, water didn’t turn on at all! Ceiling was falling down, wall falling out by AC unit. No hangers at clothing rack. A great disappointment! I did tell front desk when we checked out about no water in shower.

There were stains on the carpet, walls and sheets. Floor seemed sticky, definitelydo not go barefoot. Boogers on the walls, pretty sure there was poop on the toilet paper holder.

There was hair on the shower floor. The bathroom light switch was missing the cover. The back stairs leading to the parking lot smelled of urine. The location was the only good thing about this hotel.

Cleanliness-0/10 - there were bedbugs, fowl smelling sheets and small hair all over the mattress. Breakfast - Massive disappointment, they had no coffee just bread and butter and the bread wasn’t even fresh. Never staying here again.

Overnight staff at desk was so incredibly rude. He seems so annoyed at check in at 11pm. Carpers in hotel are filthy. Shower head was not good. TV base was broke. Only redeeming quality was the Culver’s in the same parking lot and a nearby bus stop to get to downtown Minneapolis.

I asked for a plunger 5x, black mold in shower, internet is SLOW, and “free breakfast” is pieces of bread….this place sucks guys for like $20 more a night you get a pool / hot tub, a front desk that answers, an actual breakfast, and security latches that don’t have screws falling out. I wouldn’t book this room for my worst enemy. So back to the plunger thing: I asked their support # five times….for a plunger so I could take care of the issue myself: received zero response & was on “hold” for ~20 minutes, for a simple request. I couldn’t help it & just went on-top of the clog, clearly making the issue better. This was such an embarrassing stay, I can confidently state that I will never La Quinta again.

The wait to check in was incredibly long. The whole place smelled bad and our room was dirty and there was hair in the shower. As we checked in we noticed two different groups of police officers there for two different groups of people. Nothing about the area felt safe and had we stayed the whole night I would have been terrified to leave my room. However, we felt so uncomfortable that we forfeited our one nights hotel rate and left as fast as we could. I will never again book a stay at a La Quinta.

This property is unsafe for anyone with medical conditions, breathing issues and just plain terrible. Mold in windows on floor and wall in main lobby and restroom and ceiling moldy. The hotel pictures have not been updated for years. Outlet in front lobby was burnt as if fire happened at one point in time. Deadbolt on lock of room did not work. FIRE ALARM in middle of night with fire trucks and full blown firemen in gear carrying axes. Building evacuation and standing outside for about 2 hours til cleared to go back in. Crappy for when you have an early flight next day. No elevator. And took over an hour and a half to get checked in after the 3 pm check in. I had to wait in The smelly moldy beat up lobby. No phone in room to call desk for the alarm emergency. Definitely would not be a place I would recommend for ANYONE! Needs to be gutted and needs a fresh start. Have pictures and videos of all the problems I had at the hotel if anyone wants them including the fire department that responded. When they cleared us to go back in I got ready for the day and couldn’t have got out fast enough
