I think they must use several floor as residential or long term stays. So many pets and my carpet was very wet. I am assuming they had just shampooed it but put a towel on the floor to step on between the bathroom and the bed so I didn’t step into bed with wet feet and by morning the towel was disturbingly brown from Soaking up the water in the carpet. It was cheap and I generally stay at nicer places but was tempted because of the low rate and the fact I really just needed a place to crash for the night- hubby was in the hospital and we live outstate so booked about an hour before arrival. I did stay in the metro the next night and had to upgrade. 2 nights would have been too much.

Wifi was down/barely working. Had to go to multiple floors to find an ice machine that was working. Staff was friendly. Dogs were on my floor and could be heard whining/making noise for many hours a day. Property is in a great and safe location.

Front desk very friendly. We loved the shuttle Service and drivers. They were so help full bringing us to the Mall of America and airport. The hotel was clean and had enough towels for our days to stay. We would definitely stay there again!

A fairly good hotel. At first glance, it's a little rundown, but don't let that discourage you. Nice staff, good place to check into. Some good breakfast, though be warned the sausage & eggs aren't 5-star, but not bad, either, just affordable kind of good, every other item was just fine. It's a large building, of course, so you can either take the elevator, or get some good exercise in. The pool looked decent, didn't touch it. Walls might be a touch thin ig, but not really any more than other hotels. I liked staying there! I might come back at some point

This was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. From the moment we walked in, the room felt dirty and run-down. The ceilings had chipped paint, furniture were damaged, the mirror in the bathroom was stained and bedsheets covered in pilling. The worst part was the noise. Around 1in the morning, two men were yelling and banging on a room door for a while. I called the front desk, but it continued. Doors were constantly being slammed, and someone even knocked on our door while we were asleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

I was very disappointed in the overall quality of the hotel. I walked into the building, luggage and family in hand and the smell of marijuana smoke slapped us in the face. The property itself was very old, dark and dirty. It felt like the lights were dimmed to hide how badly kept the building was inside. There was garbage from the garbage can in a bag sitting next to the elevator door on my floor all night. We paid for a suite for extra room and comfort but found out once we entered that we did not want to sit on the old and dirty furniture. The pictures in the website were deceiving because they showed a fresh paint job inside but did not focus on the poor furniture. The refrigerator did not keep my son’s milk cold at all and the microwave was not digital as it still had a dial. The WiFi on my floor was not broadcasting and when I called down to inform them I just got brushed off. I paid for two nights but decided to leave after the first. I will not be staying at this hotel or any other like it again.

The stay was fine. The staff was nice. The breakfast was great for the price paid to stay there. The issue I had was that when I arrived, there were pubic hairs (quite a few) in the tub, the toilet hadnt been properly cleaned if it was cleaned at all, every surface had hair or some other clear indicator that it wasn’t wiped down, the floors weren’t clean, etc. Yes, I could have called to ask them to fix the problem and am sure they would have, but that would have been more of a problem when arriving exhausted than just cleaning it up and wiping it down to the best of my own ability. But when arriving at any hotel, one should be able to assume it’s been properly cleaned without having to ask for it. It’s Hoteling 101. For that, yuck. At least the sheets appeared to be clean. That’s about it. Not much food around that’s walkable. You can cut through an apartment community and get to a good/expensive burrito place and a pinball arcade restaurant, and one gas station. That’s about a ten-min walk. That’s about it.

I called three times before even getting to MN to confirm how to make sure I have shuttle service to and from the airport. Over and over and over I’m rushed off the phone being told “when you’re ready you just let us know”…three calls……..same message. Yet when I’m ready to leave for my flight at 3am I’m told there is a sign up list. One of the elevator’s floor has a dip and floor seems unstable. I wasn’t told breakfast hours and didnt see it written anywhere obvious in my room or keycard pouch or front desk at check in and out. Most normal hotel breakfast hours end at 10am. I walked down at 930am and learned they close at 9am. The room is nice for the price. The area is quiet. There isn’t much that’s walking distance so it’s not a super convenient area but for a quick stay it was cheap and if I was able to fully use the amenities I booked for (shuttle to and from and breakfast) that would’ve turned this review around.
