The room smells like it has been smoked in and is dirty. There is a piece of meat between the bed and the drawer. I took a bath in the morning, and the water got stuck in the bathtub. The front desk staff are the only good thing about this place.

I loved the private balconies for each room on the 2nd floor. I would have liked more breakfast food variety. there were many items I couldn't eat or drink. Also, I wasn't able to get hot water for my tea.

The front desk did an amazing job in leading me on how to get a reload visa card since I only had cash on hand and needed a visa card for deposit. She was a very good help. This was on may 20th 2025 @ 6:30.

Before our arrival, I called the hotel in the morning to confirm that our booking was in place. However, when we got there, they said, “Your room is reserved, but the package is not included.” I just went along with it, even though it was frustrating. Finding the room was also difficult due to confusing directions. We were in room 172 in the Garden Court, which turned out to be extremely noisy late at night, we couldn’t sleep at all. As for the romance package, it was far below expectations. The rose petals were fake, and the bodywork was minimal, we didn’t even use any of it. Honestly, it felt like it was prepared for a five-year-old. It was not worth the price, so I returned it. Another issue was the housekeeping. The next day, we requested fresh bed sheets and towels. The staff took note of our room number, but when we returned, nothing had been cleaned or replaced. We were very upset. When we brought it up the following morning, the staff member simply said, “I’m sorry,” and that was it. We’re still waiting on our deposit refund, and I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone! :(

We checked into our room early and left to run some errands, when we returned, we found out the toilet didn't flush. I tried to call the front desk only to find out the phone didn't work. When I walked up to the desk they handed me a plunger. That didn't work, so they moved me to the second floor (I had requested a first floor room for my mom who doesn't do well in stairs). They have one elevator, which was in tht opposite corner of the hotel. We had very loud neighbors who let their teen agers and young children run wild up and down the halls and in the common area until around 1230 AM. (Including stomping on bubble wrap at 1130pm) While this is not the fault of the hotel, I question why the staff didn't stop them as they ran around the common area, as I believe the noise was heard all over the hotel. The AC in our room did not cool below 70 degrees, despite having it set to 64. I really, disappointed with my stay this time. This isy third time staying at this location and I have had positive experiences before.

The property on the outside is “unassuming”. It looks totally different inside. However, this being my second stay, I was not pleased with my room.(my first stay I had to Chang my room 3 times due to issues with the room). For it to be a “executive suite”there wasn’t a fan or towel racks in the bathroom, no full length mirror, no iron in the room. After reporting the missing iron and waiting for hours for it, on my way out for the evening I reported it again and when I returned it was waiting for me at the front desk. I chose this hotel because of its location. It’s very close to the venue I attend when I travel to Minnesota. I expect to be traveling there often and I would like to my lodging to be in a place that is suitable to my needs. Thank you. Shirley

I originally check in a room that only smelled like marihuana (213). I tried to use a disinfectant spray but I couldnt stand it. I asked for a room change and they moved me to 209. That second one had a shared door and the neighbors were really loud until 11pm. Ive stayed at this hotel before with no issues but it was disappointing what happened this time.
