The room smelled strongly of men’s cologne when we first entered, and the smell didn’t go away for the 5 days we were there. There was sticky stuff (syrup?) on the TV stand and black finger prints all over the walls. I also tried calling down to guest services several times and every time the phone went unanswered. The property states non-smoking, however the hallways consistently smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The pool was very dirty, with clumps of hair floating around in it. The pool deck itself had loose rocks all over that really hurt your feet if you stepped on them. When I was checking out, the employee was on her phone and barely acknowledged me. Doubtful I will stay again.

Booked for a non smoking room but room smells like smoke and bleach. Beside the bed was some garbage and the ceiling’s stucco was about to fall off. After I told the front desk that I needed to cancel due to my toddler with health conditions. I was just told sorry to hear that cancelled and ignored me like I didn’t exist after all.

We made it there at 1045 and it wasn’t until midnight when we got into a room. A line to register in, then our room wouldn’t open. We had a king size bed with a sofa bed but, we end up with two doble beds very uncomfortable bed, because apparently the battery for the door opener was dead and we couldn’t get into the room.The water faucet had a very low pressure, the toilet seems to be for a pre-schooler and when you flush all the noise was something else.The curtains are so old they were shredded in spots. Difficult parking for that time of the night. The breakfast,consisted of three type of cereals, three machines for waffles, one machine for coffee, yogurt and as for the juice, only orange juice or water. The place is outdated and dingy. The wave the parking charge but that still didn’t do justice specially when to find parking was an adventure and there was nobody watching the cars. I don’t get why the parking charge. Disappointed overall and couldn’t wait to get out of there this morning. I hope they start spending some money to fix the place.

I did not like the smell of the place. Especially the lobby area and the hallways outside our room. The swimming pool also needs a good scrubbing. Breakfast choices was so little, at least maybe add bread on the choices. Anyways, all in all it was okay.

We booked a room for 7 nights, during that time the maid service was terrible, no real set time that they would clean a specific floor, or rooms for that matter, we were their 7 days and they only came in to clean the room 1 day and knocked on the door 1 other day. We had to set our trash and used towels in the hallway just so they would take it. We was out of the room 5 of the 7 days for entire day and came back to no room service. Front desk was great with getting us the items the maids were supposed to do, towels, cups, toilet paper, cause we ran out twice with no maid service, shampoo ran out also so had to buy some at the Walmart ourselves because the front desk didn't know where it was kept. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cereal, coffee or orange juice, simple but good. Didn't like that there was no shuttle to the airport or Mall but the buses was easy to understand and very close, front desk should probably hand out bus schedules to at least these two places since they have both in the name of the hotel. It did smell like weed on the 4th floor most of the time. We didn't really expect much from the hotel since we were going to be out a lot but when I come back I wouldn't stay here again, mostly do to the maid service hassle and no shuttle or easy alternative told to us.

I stayed here from April 25-28. The property is literally 3 miles from Mall of America. The only thing I didn’t like is the only thing they had for breakfast was Cereal, waffles, yogurt, orange juice, water and coffee. Breakfast can be better. One more thing the beds in the 2 bed room are full size they can be bigger.

Front desk staff were not welcoming. They acted as thought I was bothering them. Housekeeping did not provide coffee when they cleaned the room. I had to ask for bed linens for the fold out couch and no pillows were available.

Our room was 445. They at first weren’t sure if we’d be able to check in and it was after 3 pm .. almost 5pm. The room smelt like musty stale cigarettes and the floors you could tell it were recently mopped but some spots were still sticky. Our tv remote was broken, and missing a battery. The lamp to the left side of the bed was falling off its area and the plug in wasn’t working so had to find another area to use in room. The mirror in bathroom looked like it was coming down, and some small holes in bathroom wall.
