The room looked like it was falling apart there was a random white stain on the dresser, there was only waffles and two cupcakes for breakfast.pool was nice but seemed greenish and also heard random noises at night.There was tiny holes in the curtains and the bathroom seemed dirty. Not worth it for 175 dollars a night

The pool was freezing. Our sheets were clearly not fitted for our bed, they kept coming off the mattress and we had to get up multiple times a day and night to fix them. Not a great election for breakfast.

Room had horrible smell, went to front desk for help rudely gave me a air freshener spray that I must return to her, asked about towels for pool said rudely that there in there, clearly I was asking because they were out at the pool!!! About to check out and go to another hotel!! Just count this one up as a loss!! Found the smell after explaining finally got a different smaller room but at least it didn’t stink will be talking to mgr tomorrow because this smell was unacceptable to walk into!!

The continental breakfast was waffles, that you had to make yourself. There were 3 waffle irons and the line was at least 3 to 4 people for each waffle. We have a family of 8 and it took forever to be able to sit and eat. They did have yogurt and cereal avaliable and duting the weekend they had small muffins. Overall the food was not bad however a variety would have been more ideal. The parking lot was full of garbage, cigarette butts, and the one door was broken and propped open. The halways smelled like Marijuana most of the time.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the hallways and even the outside of the building reeked of marijuana. It was unpleasant and set the tone for the rest of the stay. The room was not clean, and we were told housekeeping wouldn’t be provided during our stay — only after we checked out. Oddly enough, someone did come in while we were out, without any notice. We only found out later that night, which felt like a serious violation of privacy. What truly frightened us was seeing a guest outside holding what appeared to be a gun. We didn’t know if it was real or a toy, but either way, we were petrified. We immediately informed the front desk, they did notify the police who cante right away, but besides that the staff didn’t seem concerned or helpful. They claimed the person wasn’t a guest, yet we saw the same man having breakfast in the lobby the next day. Completely unacceptable. Speaking of breakfast — it was very basic and disappointing: only muffins and waffles. No variety, nothing fresh, and certainly not what we’d call a “full breakfast.” To top it off, the front desk staff were not kind or welcoming. They were indifferent at best, unhelpful when we raised concerns, and overall gave the impression that guest comfort and safety were not a priority. We will absolutely never stay here again. This hotel felt unsafe, unclean, and mismanaged. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

So we arrived at the hotel late, around 2am. We call ahead letting them know we're arriving late. When we got there, no one is is the front desk but there's a note saying he's just attending to someone. That's understandable we are thinking he might be alone working. So we waited. Then its almost 1hr of waiting and still no one shows. we thought he might be sleeping somewhere. So we tried knocking all the employee doors and there he is sleeping in the fitness room. We are tired and exhausted from a long drive and didn't deserve a service like this.

Not worth staying at this property. It has cockroach and it’s dirty. Hallways and entrance ways smell like weed. Night shift staff are rude and unprofessional.

My complaints would be that the entire property smelled like weed….the room was spacious BUT smelled like OLD and mildewy……curtains had stains all over and were half hung up. The closet doors didn’t have knobs, only had SCREWS POPPING out…..

It was dirty, broken tiles, trim & stuff in the bathroom & room itself, leaky faucets. Room never got cleaned in the 3 days I was there. Extra parking fee that wasn't listed when I made my reservation. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone & I will not stay there in future trips to the cities. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my 45 years of life.

When you enter cleaning chemicals so strong you wonder what they are covering up… so strong Room, broken bathroom handle you could not get out of bathroom someone had to open from outside. Handle in front of window pulled up, nicks in all furniture and every wall need painting and had chunks out of them. If I would of known I pull of payed more for a better hotel
