“The staff was welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean, and the dining area was lovely. On a five night day requested house cleaning once was out of the room for over 12 hours and the housekeeping did not happen. I was told that I could come down to the desk to pick up towels and toilet paper if I wanted it. The parking lot wasn’t great if you get back later at night (10pm) there wasn’t a spot and I had to park on the street even though I paid for parking and then I got followed in by two……

“I went to this hotel for a staycation for my birthday due to them having a spa and it was close to my grandparents. My experience from the customer service to the, the view from the room, the room service was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and even though I didn’t get to receive a pregnancy massage during my stay the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here for every staycation. ”
