“I enjoyed my one night stay. I went to a concert at the Xcel Energy Ctr. The hotel was close enough that I could walk to the concert. Other hotels closer were ridicously expensive. I loved the cookies at checkin. I would suggest a hotel shuttle for concerts. I'm 83 and I walked the 6 blocks. However, homeless guys along the way were a bit scary for me. I followed others walking that way and made it ok. I liked that I was able to park my own car.”

“Noisy air conditioner. Noisy from 2nd floor. Noisy from hallway. Housekeeping said she needed to finish ours by 11AM, end up with only clean towels only. ”

“The staff person who checked us in was incredibly nice! The room, although outdated, was clean, had everything we needed. Housekeeping need was attended to promptly. Would stay here again. ”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was always someone behind the front desk and house keeping was very friendly and available to assist me with any request. The maintenance workers were very responsive and knowledgeable and the customer service was exceptional. I was always met with a smile and never felt like my needs were unimportant. All of my requests weather it was about my room or parking or payment options were always met in a professional way. I would recommend that anyone……
