“This facilty is located on the southeast side of town, convenient to highways but it actually is within a few minutes driving of everything in Minot. It’s not that far from the airport, downtown, the Amtrack station, the shopping or the new Trinity Hospital complex. Rooms are modern and clean. But no breakfast is available on site.”

“Great hotel! Quiet, clean! Needs credit card access on ALL vending machines. Some had cash only. Otherwise no issues at all!!! ”

“We enjoyed our stay with no complaints. They are currently doing some work in the building, but it didn't interfere with us. It should be even nicer when finished. No free breakfast is included, you have to buy some basic items if desired. With a kitchenette in our room, we were okay for breakfast. ”

“We had trouble with a door not locking and we got a different room. (One that had recently been refurbished). Whenever we called the front desk for help they responded quickly. The last time we were there we had left something behind and they remembered us and told us it was in lost and found. They helped us with the door when we needed help. It was just a wonderful experience for us. ”

“The front staff at the desk the day we checked in was rude and short while talking to us. There is no light over the toilet, and no lighting where the mirrors are. Also half the lights didn’t work in the room. 427. For such a big room the TV was in a crappy spot and it’s very small. ”

“We chose Mainstay for the price, but found it excellent and met our needs well. I especially appreciated the later (11:30) checkout, and they were even flexible enough to give us a little longer. Thank you! The room could be a little bigger for having a kitchen and eating there, but it worked out OK for that. Walls are a little thin for noise, but not terrible.”

“Breakfast was nice, room was awesome, location is very well located, the only thing I did not like is that the hot tub and pool were out of order and I was looking forward to use them to relax.”
