The host had thought of every small thing - we had everything we could possibly need, and everything was labeled and easy to access. This was, without a doubt, one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Our 3yo son now wants a farmhouse of his own! Loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat. ”

“My husband and I stayed at the Ash Mountain Suite over President's Day weekend. It was perfect.Communication with the host was easy. She would respond within minutes of me sending a message. The location is perfect, less than 2 miles from the park entrance. The room itself is charming. First, the place is spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The bed is over the top comfortable. The electric fireplace is beautiful and puts out quite a bit of heat on its own. And, there are so many……

“My family had a great time at Knotty Cabin. We were lucky to have fresh snow in time for our arrival and waking up to snow-covered trees right outside the window by our bed was heaven. The cabin is beautiful and clean, it looks just as pictured in the photos. The location is very convenient to the Kings Canyon Visitor Center and General Grant Tree. Heather is a quick and friendly communicator. We hope to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor bunk beds on the balcony. ”

The cabin has all the modern amenities pictured and promised, but also maintains a very cozy and down-to-earth feel. Found everything we needed in the kitchen, and enjoyed the ambiance of having a fire in the wood stove although it isn’t necessary for keeping the place warm. Enjoyed our time and definitely would stay again.”

“When I stay on a property if I am left with wanting to own the property myself that tells you it was a great place to stay. It was clean and the design of the home was perfect for a family of 6. My one complaint would be the grounds behind the home leading to the river could use better upkeep and 2 maintained walking paths and a walking path along the river would be a welcome addition to the property. But location, and everything about the home itself was great!”
