“Despite to the reviews I read, I hesitently decided to take a chance and stay here. Surised to find a lovely lobby and delightful checkin. My entire5 night stay was extremely comfortable. The staff amazing and professional. True, the hotel needs some refurbishment but that's mostly surface issues rather than deep problems. They have already started the improvements. In my room, I did not hear a peep from any of the lounges or clubs. Yes, I would certainly stay at the Leela Hotel again. ”

“3個人入住，選了2張單人床的房，職員好細心給我們講解房太細加不到床，並換了一間雙人床及加床的房間給我們。服務很好! 房間很乾淨，如要牙刷，拖鞋等都可以向酒店取。 由酒店去festival city mall有天橋可達，有冷氣的，非常方便。 各方面都很好，唯一欠一點點的就是我們三人入住，毛巾及水都只有2份，好多時要致電服務處取。不過，這情況我在其他酒店都常遇到的。”

“Spacious and comfortable rooms. Customer service is great. Only thing is that the area is a little remote. There is no tar road, just a gravel road. I would recommend the place to others based on the large apartment, comfortable beds, big screen android TV and great customer service.”
