You receive a code to open the security gate, front door and room door. The beds were very comfortable. Every aspect of the building is clean and we'll maintained. "Actually, I booked a two-night stay on hotels from March 31st to April 2nd, but due to personal reasons, I only stayed for one night and then checked out. The hotel told me that the night I didn't stay could not be refunded, which I can understand and accept.
But when I checked out the next day, the hotel charged me again. At that time, I thought that hotels plateform only deducted the money for one night, so I paid by credit card for another night. Now the situation is that I only stayed for one night, but they charged me for three nights and refuse to give back the repaid amount to me with no explanation.
