“The unit is as advertised and perfect for a couple. The property is in a good location, next to some of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta; that's the reason to stay here. The owner responded very quickly to an issue that we had early in our stay. They get an A for being good managers/owners.”

“Fabulous view, close to Boca de Tomatland for adventures around there, great room with a wall of windows, turtles, rays and other fish can be watched from the patio. I do wish it had some swimming option though. And the restaurant doesnt open til 9:30, but the OXXO just up the street opens at 6:30 and has good coffee”

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“Great beach view room on 8th floor. Just wonderful, sounds of the beach day and night. Room was nice. Double check for fridge, check out iron with housekeeping, no microwave. Property lobby, pool, bar is amazing and beautiful. Will certainly visit again. ”

“Terrible hard push to sell Timeshare. Felt like a hostage situation , multiple calls. Ended up steering clear of the concierge and avoiding the welcome breakfast losing $40 because we didn’t show. Not too bothered about the $40 loss in place of avoided hearse sale tactics. Terrible to be bombarded and forced in to listening to timeshare pitch before even getting to our room or been given the keys . Only escorted to the room once we had listened to the initial Sales pitch. I do not recommend this……
