“The hotel was exceptional in every way. The property is beautiful the rooms are pretty, are clean and very well appointed. The view of the chateau is absolutely spectacular. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend anyone staying in this part of France to stay at this incredibly gorgeous resort. ”

“A quirky place that doesn’t allow electromagnetic radiation so all devices have to be turned off, they even had a radiation meter at reception to check. Connectors and ethernet cables are provided to connect phones etc to the imternet. Room was spacious but bathroom was very small. Lovely grounds by a lake, we had tea outside on the patio then went for a walk. There was an outdoor swimming pool which looked nice, although we didn’t use it. “Convenient stay with friendly and helpful staff, safe place to store the bikes, a good breakfast and reasonable rate. A little out of town and as it’s on a commercial retail park the walk back from town in the dark would not have felt very safe walking alone, it was ok with two of us. WiFi needs an upgrade - connections were ok. It very slow. Overall satisfied and very happy with the staff, but not overwhelmed with the location. ”

“I had long dreamed of the perfect French resort hotel on a quiet beach on the basis of the Jaques Tati film. The location is still lovely with a golden sand beach, a sunny southern aspect and the same rocks as in the film. The hotel has areas such as staircases and corridors that are tired but the rooms are fine (although small) and the breakfast area great. Also the bar outside is welcoming. Reception, notably Antoine, were very helpful. ”
