One block from everything happening on Atlantic Ave, yet felt nicely separated from all that activity.One thing that could be an issue for some people is it's right across the street from the railroad tracks. Not so bad for the light rail trains, but larger freight trains are louder...I still slept pretty well, but could be an issue for lighter sleepers. Oh, and having stayed in the larger front room, the bed/mattress was very comfortable. Didn't hear any……

“Love the layout of this house. We had 6 adults staying here and never felt crowded. The kitchen is really big with top of the line appliances and a coffee maker with a wide range of coffees to choose from. But we spent most of time on the covered patio. The best part of this house is the location. You can walk to EVERYTHING!! Can’t wait for the next trip!”

“The little cottage was comfortable for one person and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night. The pictures are not up to date as the vegetation around the cottage is much more overgrown than shows in the picture. Having to manually open and close the large gate was a little annoying but did make it more private. There were a couple of minor issues in the beginning but the host responded immediately and everything was resolved. All in all I had a wonderful stay and……

“We were a big group of family and friends. We stayed here because of the size of the home and the location. It was GREAT! we all slept confortable. House was clean, old but clean. It is 2 properties in one, pretty cool. Debi was fast to respond to my questions. The only thing we were not to happy with was the instructions given to check out when we paid for a big cleaning fee. I feel like we did 1/2 the cleaning crew's job. but everything else was nice. ”

“Check-in was flawless. Room was clean and ready. Private parking and personal entry to the unit was nice. Great outdoor seating area. There is no bathroom sink, but a small kitchen sink outside the BR. Limited kitchen appliances, no stove, there's a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice shower. Shower only has warm water, kitchen tap has hot water. Fast internet and great A/C. Location is amazing. 2 min. walk to beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores. LBTS is one of my favorite places to be……
