“We had such a lovely time and we absolutely adored the Magnolia Cottage! It was located perfectly in the midst of Solvang and we were able to walk to everything in the town. The house was clean and very well kept. My only critique is that there weren't many utensils or tools for cooking which made it difficult to make meals in the house. Other than that, we had such an awesome stay and would absolutely recommend staying here!!”

“This home is so lovely! Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds and bedding, well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful and peaceful yard with several seating areas. Our group enjoyed the fact that there were multiple king beds - always a plus when you have multiple couples. One little thing that was really nice that you don’t often find in rentals is that they have plenty of throw blankets. We enjoyed the fire pit and bocce ball outside, too. Location was perfect - close to everything……

“Loved this place,especially the views from the upstairs & deck! Jen was very easy to communicate with & super simple check in. Lovely that we were given a bottle of wine, cheese, snacks & fresh eggs! So nice to hear running water from the fountains while you relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can even feed the animals and pick your own lavender ;-) Close to all surrounding towns and winery's, couldn't be better. Thank You Jen!”

“This property was absolutely beautiful. The driving directions were easy to follow and only about 10 minutes drive from downtown Solvang. Wineries nearby too. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. We were provided with a bottle of wine and some chocolate. Coffee and water was also provided. We thought this was very generous and welcoming. We stayed five nights. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends too.”

“We had a great girls weekend stay at The Coop. The property is so unique and spacious, there was plenty of parking, multiple living spaces to relax in, and the pool felt great on a warm weekend. The home was well equipped with kitchen tools, towels, and other necessities. We enjoyed grabbing a few eggs from the chickens in the morning as well. We noticed a few spider webs, spiders, and other bugs around the property. I'm sure it's normal for a more rural area but might be due for a pest control……

“The listing isn't totally accurate. The house has just one master suite, and the WiFi is definitely not high speed. The outside of the house is fairly dirty, and the closets are almost entirely full of the owner's stuff, as is the garage. Dead rodent smell in garage. House needs a thorough window cleaning and cleanout of much of the stuff in the closets. Perhaps it could be consolidated to one closet so the guests can use the others.”

“How can I possibly thank Remo enough. What a perfect stay! I stayed with my fiance/now husband my father in law and our dogs. We stayed 3 nights and truly wish I could stay a whole week. So we will be back. Remo and Vikki are so friendly, responsive and just the best hosts! With their permission we hosted our rehearsal lunch at the house and it was a perfect party! House was perfect for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in for the wedding! ”
