My daughter and I ran the Santa Barbara wine country half-marathon (our other adult kids were with us, too), and the home was close to the town of Solvang, as well as in an ideal location to explore other towns. The home's decor is fabulous! Also, JD was quick to respond when we had questions. We did not have time to go to any wineries (we had a 5yo and 1yo with us), but there are many in the area.
