You are just a few block from convenience store and a few miles from Walmart and dozens of restaurants.
The space
A spacious room with queen bed, for two people, an easy chair, desk and chair for work or dining, a kitchen cabinet with dishes and essentials, electric frying pan, and coffee maker, microwave and mini- refrigerator. Also there is a closet with drawers and shelves. Adjacent is room with toilet and shower with storage cabinet. Next to that is a sink room and more cabinet space.
Guest access
You have access to all the space through your private entrance. In back of the house there is a covered patio which is a shared space
