“Nearby to shops, clean and cute. Pictures are accurate as are the other reviews about it being in an older building. No significant neighbor noise or issues when I was there. Construction nearby but didn’t bother me as it wasn’t noisy when I was there. Parking is easy. Very good communication with host with fast response time. Minor maintenance issues reported to the host with a positive response. Overall a good stay. ”

“What an adorable house! The photos are a true representation of the house, but it's even cuter in person. I was traveling with my son and large dog and it suited us perfectly. The desk area is perfect for working, the yard is large for roaming, the couch was comfortable and perfectly situated and the sunroom was cozy and pleasant! The bed tho? Magnificent! “Apartment was exactly as described and pictured, and I love that Angie says to “snoop around” for items for use because I always feel so awkward “snooping around” for kitchen items, linens, etc. in any rental! We have now stayed at this property and another of Angie’s that is in this building and it is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Urban Prairie coffee shop 700 feet away is a must for breakfast and a latte, and Sandhills Brewing next door to that has……

“We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps……
