Comfortable Family Hunting Lodge

With a spacious living area and stunning views of the prairie, this is the place to relax, enjoy small-town life, and rest from a long day of hunting. Home is just a half mile from Woonsocket, SD, and only 30 minutes from Huron or Mitchell. It features a comfortable living room, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and more. Come enjoy a summer break with the town pool and waterslides just a half mile away. Or go fishing at the beautiful lake. Looking for more adventure? Great place to stay for hunting

Perfect place to stay if you’re hunting in South Dakota. Much better than a hotel/motel and the dogs can stay inside.

Pheasant hunt

A trailer type home perfect for hunters. Town is very small. There was no place for sit-down breakfast. One bar with good food. Dogs accepted. Nothing fancy but house has everything you need.

Great for hunting

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. It was easy to load and unload all of our equipment. Everything was old, but comfortable. The primary bedroom bed was surprisingly comfortable. Make sure you go outside at night and enjoy the night sky. Wide open and undesturbed by city light.

Always a lovely stay

The property is very private and peaceful, off the main road. Amazing host, extremly meticulous in ensuring you have all you need. have stayed here before and chose to stay again specifically because of the accomadations, demeanor and friendliness of the host. The home is very well stocked and well suited for a large family or group.

Pheasant Hunters!

This turned out to be the ideal place to stay while pheasant hunting the Woonsocket area. Hosts were great! And very helpful! Located just out of town, but close enough it was easy to run in and pick up supplies. If we decide to hunt this area again I will definitely be looking to book it!

Hunters Lodge

We stayed for a month while we bought a home in the area. Very nice hosts! Beautiful outside setting. If you love nature and the outdoors, this is the perfect place! Stunning sunrises and sunsets. Various types of birds to watch. We could hear the roosters and the cows in the morning. The home was cozy and spacious! We would stay here again and also refer our friends and family!
