“We had a great stay, and the owners were fantastic. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for 4 people, and everything worked properly. You can enjoy a nice walk down the property to the lake or grab some wood for a fire. Great listing for a nice little getaway. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Simmstown Manor was the perfect landing spot for our bourbon tour adventure. The house is even more gorgeous in person, but what really sets it apart from other rentals, was how well-stocked it is. Attention to details meant we had everything we needed and more. The space was well laid out, so our group of 10 had plenty of room to spread out, but plenty of large gathering areas for when we were all together. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! ”

The house was perfect for our group of 8 and remote enough that we got a great bang for our buck while still being able to get a bus for the bourbon trail. Plenty of room for people to sleep and the game room was really cool. The Captain’s quarters (master bedroom) was amazing! I’d definitely stay again. ”

“We were extremely happy with this property. We were traveling in for a family wedding and this property was perfect for our family of four: 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Solid structure and well maintained. Great 1st and 2nd floor balcony for morning coffee amd a bonus to view 4th of July fireworks. The only problem was we had to go home when the weekend was over. We will definitely return for another visit in the fall. ”
