“The rooms are a good size with a decent balcony… no chairs on the balcony though. Good air con. We are English and two of the staff on reception , in particular, spoke very good English and were helpful. Staff in general smiley and friendly. The second time we have stayed there and would do again . Hotel is near the fairly new ‘Hat Yai village’ and the park. Not that close to central Hat Yai. Good local supermarkets close by and street food outlets. ”

“我們在2019的10月預定的房間網頁上完全沒有提到對面的建築在施工入住時對面施工的聲音讓我的寶寶一直哭跟櫃檯要求換房間卻要我們加錢最後我很生氣。才給我們換一間我們總共訂兩間再來。房間內沒有熱水壺非常不方便建議大家千萬不要住這裡”
