Ace Hotel! My family’s last day vacation in Paris, we booked your shuttle service through your hotel for 6:30 am on 18/04 to the airport and paid 6 euro each for my family of four (24 euro total) and we spent the night.
On route, the shuttle driver asked us to pay more after we told him it’s T1 flight. This question was not asked at your hotel reception when I booked the shuttle.
After not agreeing to pay more, the shuttle driver threw our luggage on the tarmac after arriving in T2.
To be honest, visiting Paris from California, I am in the custom of paying tips and I had about 10 euro (coins) ready. My 12 year old daughter told me not to give the money to the driver while he was driving, but he started dragging our luggage out upon arriving T2.
I called your hotel. You receptionist also requested me to pay more in order to proceed to T1. I explained we were not informed on the T1 and T2 fare difference yesterday and she said “today is not yesterday”hung up on me.
So my wife and I had to hurried to look for a way to T1 with our full luggage and two daughters (14 and 12 ). We barely made our flight to San Francisco in time.
Needless to say, this treatment from your hotel staff and the driver was extremely unpleasant disrespectful for us. I hope to get a response from you.
