“We arrived at the address provided by Stayz to find that the property differed greatly from the pictures and description on the website and was, in fact, a private home owned by an elderly man who never leased the property as a holiday rental. The property ‘host’ was not contactable via messaging on the Stayz website and the phone number provided for the host was not connected. The host could not be contacted by the Stayz customer service team either.”

“The facility was very nice and had a cool design. The room was very comfortable and had a good amount of space, would for sure recommend over staying in a traditional hotel room. The breakfast spread was very good and came with more than enough food and great coffee to top it off. Very close to down town area with plenty of dining and shopping. Short drive to all the great things to do outdoors. Customer service is top notch. Would highly recommend staying here! ”

Vår lägenhet var i modern stil (nr 20) och har två bra sovrum och stor balkong med utsikt mot bergen och staden. Det finns tvättmaskin i källaren mot betalning, och frukost mot betalning. "We stayed at hotel weisses kreus for 5 nights. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience. In addition to the rich breakfast, the owner was friendly and the staff was great. Another thing worth mentioning is that the cleanliness of the bedding, cups and plates was rare in my 30 years of travel. It is an excellent hotel and worth recommending. If I return to Innsbruck, weisses kreus is definitely the only choice."
