“Check-in is very strict and not flexible. The lady spent around 10 mins to do the check-in and told us that there was still 10 more mins from the check-in time and so we have to wait which was very fine. We went back to the lobby 2 minutes from the check-in time. The lady took other guests to their room and there were no other people at the reception to help us out. Even I managed to find one, they either asked me to wait or couldn't speak English. Comments: 1. they can be flexible……
