“Great experience in such nice small onsen hotel. We stayed in the room with outdoor private pool to enjoy the relaxing onsen any time. Our dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, and the room has provided the toys to kids so that we could enjoy the food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend if you are driving and wish to escape from a busy city. ”

“This hotel located on the remote area and you need to drive here. If the hotel is good, it's worth for it. However, there are few points you need to consider if you want to book this hotel. (1) No bottled water provide (2) Poor customer service and poor English, you cannot communciate with them if you dont know Japanses. (3) If you ask questions to front desk, they try to avoid listening because it is English. (4) The time slot of spa is very limited (5) The nice view spa is public spa and you……

“地方非常新，很乾淨，洗衣機易用，床也十分舒適，設備齊全，附近都很寧靜。走路去宮川朝市約15分鐘。泊車位很好。美中不足是早上10點就要退房，早早去完宮川朝市就要趕回去就車。如果可以11點退房就十分完美。”
