“We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. The ocean views were amazing, the landscaping was gorgeous, and the aesthetic of the place was very tasteful. If you’re the type to be scared of by a little bit of nature, such as lizards, spiders, raccoons,……

“Location is hard to find and no one can help. Number of house is hidden and small. No beach access from this house. Pool is nice yard well kept. The gig lizard in sinks in back of house scared all of us as it seemed to be a large mother and young ”

“It was relaxing and peaceful. We all had a great time. Mario the groundskeeper was very helpful and has maintained the property well. The perfect home to have a large family. Easy access to the beach and the pool was a huge plus. I highly recommend staying here especially if you have a lot of people and if you have kids. ”

“16 ppl from 5 families stayed one week at this beautiful property. The house had many areas for lounging, eating and relaxing so we never felt like we were falling over each other. The location is just a short uber ride away from some great surf spots and night life if you want it ”

“When we got there it was a little hard to find because of the way the house sits on. But once you get in there it was amazing views plenty of room for everyone. One thing that was very disappointing was the care taker kept going in the back checking up on us stand there for half hour or more doing nothing. We had kids in the pool and he kept staring at all of us. At night he will lock the back gate at 10:30 without letting anyone know. Wow we couldn’t access the beach anymore. Another this he……

“We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! ”
