“This property was ok I did not appreciate the arrival process how I like the spacious room and cleaning. I did not appreciate on an occasion the kitchen messing up the food. Also the area is not a safe area to walk around in ”

“Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. WE COME FROM……

Elisha and Zebron i dealt with daily and they made sure everything was in order and that i enjoyed myself. The cooks serce some of the best food i have tasted it was so i tried food i have never tried. The property was secure and i had no worries of unfavorable events occuring. First place i have stayed wjere housekeeping comes in person at least 3 times a……

“Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level. Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.”
