Hotel room was clean and spacious! Located in the middle of downtown Moab so there were tons of things to do. Hotel staff were very nice and hospitable!

Very convenient location. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. They were severely understaffed. Housekeeping service by request only. We were there for four nights and one day I asked a Housekeeping for a couple of pods of coffee and they were all out. Carpet was filthy. They really need to rip it out & replace with flooring. They were so short staffed that even the manager was cleaning rooms. I understand that they have trouble finding help because it's a tourist town and any local help can't afford living there. I don't know what the solution is but I'm guessing that ICE crackdowns are not helping the situation.

Both sinks in bathroom were very slow draining. Outside lights not working and very dark and dangerous at night. Management advised our first night and still not fixed on our second night. Staitsvare very rusty as well.

Its more like a Motel. Need to do better cleaning. Our shower curtain has a stain on it. Like something sticky. In my personal experience, the sheets gave me itchiness. The back parking lot was dark in the night with no illumination. We couldn’t identify our room number easily. Old fashion!!

The property is really tired. One front desk clerk was put off by any request I made. (Blond male). One was asking if the room might be available early and the other was asking if we could have our room refreshed (after 2 nights of our three night stay with three adults). Dark haired man was great at the front desk. Facility wise. Everything is tired. Our tub would fill to our ankles when showering. The shower head pipe was poking through a hole in the wall. Fan was not working in bathroom. Making it very warm and steamy after just a couple minutes. The location was great. The pool areas is due for a full refresh… simply paint the trellis structure would go a long way. Very walkable area. When we did receive the room refresh it was done nicely.

I would not recommend, our room was completely dirty and management didn't seem to care. No amenities and or breakfast. Book a king room, got a double and wouldn't switch. Very expensive for a very low budget hotel. Hot tub didn't work, walking on the floor leaves your feet black...nasty.

This hotel was great! Check in was easy and they are so centrally located, you can walk anywhere. Very close to Arches and Canyonlands. This was the last hotel my husband and our friends stayed in during our Mighty Five Utah roadtrip and it was a FANTASTIC end to the trip. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The photos of this property are very good but we were very disappointed when we arrived. Things are very warn and are not very clean. Part of the parking lot is unavailable so when I went out in the morning there was a car blocking my car in along with 2 other cars. As a pet friendly hotel the only place to relieve my dog was in a corner area with rocks.

The best and probably only positive is the location, right downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, gifts stores, groceries and places to book excursions. Room was not very clean and notably the bathtub. Housekeeping is a joke. At check in she said house keeping isn’t daily. More like nonexistent. We saw the maid next door a few days later , he stated you have to ask for it, so we requested it then for the next day . We had previously gone to the desk for coffee, towels , and toilet paper . The next morning I accidentally spilled my coffee on the bed that I was sitting on and made a pretty big mess on the sheets . We left for 1/2 day to the park and returned and were happy to see house keeping had been there . But, all they did was bring towels and coffee and made the bed over the coffee stained sheets. The bathroom was not cleaned, they just added their tiny bars of soap. We were there 5 nights and no housekeeping. Won’t be back .

Overall a nice place and a good location. Free parking is nice. The room it's was good. The bed was not very comfortable, though. The dual-head show was powerful... Can really knock the dirt off after a day in the desert. We wished there would be breakfast included. For the price compared to others, it was a fair deal.
