It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar.
