“Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in der Mitte des grünen Irlands. Von dort aus hat man diverse Möglichkeiten zum wandern und besichtigen der Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Athlon, Clonmacnoise). Mit der Bahn (nächste Bahnhöfe ca. 30 Minuten entfernt) fährt man gemütlich, günstig und pünktlich in die größeren Städte wie Dublin, Galway oder Sligo. Lots of lovely village activity but nice and peaceful inside. We all slept really well in the comfortable bedrooms and there was so much space in the entire house. Just a 15 minute drive from Mullingar town, a 12th Century Friary 2 minutes away and you can grab a coffee up at the Friary Blooms gardens 5……

Connie met us at the house and explained all the workings. She anticipated what we would need and had it all there.
