Peaceful Garden Home in Modave

This cozy, pet-friendly holiday home in Modave offers a tranquil escape in the heart of the Ardennes. Ideal for couples or small families, it’s located near the scenic Hoyoux Valley and just a short drive from the majestic Château de Modave, a 17th-century castle perched above the valley with stunning views and rich history. Nearby attractions include Mont Mosan for family fun, and the charming town of Huy with its collegiate church and riverside walks. The home features a welcoming living room with TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Upstairs, two bedrooms with double beds and a mezzanine with a single bed provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. A bathroom with shower and washbasin adds convenience. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private garden, terrace, barbecue, and a garden shed. Parking is available for multiple vehicles. Modave offers delightful dining options within a short distance. Enjoy refined Belgian cuisine at La Tête De Chou, wood-fired specialties at Special GRILL, or Italian flavors at Mazzo. Whether you're exploring castles, hiking forest trails, or relaxing in the garden, this home is a perfect base for your Ardennes adventure. A security deposit of EUR 95,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Beautifully renovated crossing keepers cottage.

The gite is stylishly decorated and modernised and is located next to the RAVeL126 cycling and walking route. Thus it is well located for sightseeing and also getting about locally. The gite is well equipped with all mod cons including Wi-fi. It has a patio area with the sun all day and furniture for relaxing if the weather is suitable. There is a handy supermarket 200m down the cycle track in the village of Clavier Station.
